In an industry where women have historically been underrepresented, Priddy has built a culture that values talent, initiative, and potential above all else. Since new leadership took the helm in 2018, women have stepped into key leadership roles—including both of our Vice Presidents—and have been integral in shaping the growth and direction of the company.
From sales and operations to customer service and design, we believe opportunity should be accessible to everyone. That’s why our team members are encouraged to pursue training, certifications, and leadership opportunities regardless of role or background. This approach has not only strengthened our company but has also created a workplace where women thrive.

At Priddy, we support ongoing training for all employees, covering topics from fireplace and chimney technology to evolving building codes. Employees are compensated for training and study time, and leadership provides mentorship that is both organic and intentional—helping women and men alike pursue certifications, management roles, and new career paths.
