The technician, Ariel Whitman, arrived on time. He was very pleasant and well mannered. Ariel and his assistant made sure their shoes were covered prior to entering my home and they ensured that my carpet was covered prior to beginning their work. They worked very efficiently cleaning and examining my chimney both in my home and up on the roof. Once they completed their work, Ariel came back to the door and showed me pictures of the inside of my chimney and made recommendations about how I should proceed. Ariel took the time to answer all of my questions and made a note to put me on an annual inspection schedule.
