Priddy Chimney was founded in 1982 in Bethesda, Maryland as a one-man sweep operation. It has since grown to a full-service chimney company that offers sweep, repair, and artisanal masonry expertise. We service Washington, D.C. and its surrounding suburbs; greater Baltimore, including the I-95 corridor between the Baltimore (I-695) and Washington (I-495) Beltways; as well as northern Virginia.
Seth Balsam
Owner
Seth grew up in Ashton before leaving the DC area to explore life outside the region.
He lived an itinerant lifestyle, working for a variety of consulting companies in Germany and the United States.
Returning to the region in 2000, he eventually joined Baltimore’s biggest high-tech firm, where he spent nine years honing his skillset in global procurement and supply chain operations.
His interests include mechanical engineering, road cycling, motorcycling, and chimney physics.
Christina El-Hage
Vice President of Commercial Sales
A 15-year Priddy veteran, Christina is an Olney native with varied experience in general construction, home design, sales, and of course, all things chimney.
Christina’s expertise earned her recognition and respect from colleagues and other leaders within the chimney industry.
In her off-hours, Christina spends time at Bethany beach with her family or exploring the DC Metro area with her daughter.
